The hallway carpets need serious attention!!! Patio furniture mismatch is unacceptable!!! The restaurant timings were confusing and led to a ruined dinner plan!!! Afford better room cleanliness and preventive maintenance!!!

Clean, comfortable, quiet. Rooms are modern and well designed. Great location for winter get-away. Convenient Long term stay is definitely worth the price. Unfortunately this trip only allowed us an over night stay. We are looking forward to booking for a month or two Jan/Feb/Mar time frame.

I stayed in a One-Bedroom Suite with Mountain View, spacious and came with a fully equipped kitchen. The outdoor heated pool was another highlight.

The dining options were decent but not nice.

We had a wonderful family gathering at this resort. The outdoor heated pool, combined with scenic views and cozy spaces made for great bonding moments. Enjoying the beach access was a highlight, especially with the kids splashing around.

In my wife's opinion, staff could improve efficiency. It would be great if the front desk team could better streamline check-ins, especially for families.

Nice place, courteous staff especially the desk clerk named Sukhi. Super location - so close to city center, other great food spots in Oosoyoos, and the grocery store and restaurants. Also, on the lake side. Great to have an outdoor restaurant with beautiful view. The hotel of choice in Osoyoos.

The stay was amazing with the breathtaking mountain views from our room and the outdoor heated pool that was just perfect for relaxing. It was a treat to have easy access to the beach for some sunset strolls, which made our evenings magical.
